It’s time to start getting ready for AONE 2018! Below are a few helpful tips so you can make the most of your experience in Indy.
Preparing for the Meeting
Download the mobile app
Search for AONE Annual Meeting on Google Play or the Apple App Store. Enter your attendee registration email address and the password aone2018. The app is your go-to source for the most up-to-date information including the schedule and exhibit hall map.
Review the schedule
Check out which sessions you plan to attend, and add them to your personalized agenda in the mobile app. We recommend picking two sessions per time slot, in case any sessions reach capacity. Pre-selection of sessions during the registration process and on the mobile app does not guarantee seating.
What to bring
AONE 2018 is business casual. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a jacket or sweater as meeting room temperatures fluctuate. Enjoy casual attire for Sunrise Yoga and the remainder of the program on Sunday. AONE will provide yoga mats to the first 30 participants. Don’t forget to pack plenty of business cards and your phone chargers.
Make transportation and onsite arrangements
Find information on ground transportation and parking discounts here. Scooters are available for rent by calling 312-872-9702. Limited availability and reservations required.
You’ve arrived! Now what?
Pick up your badge
Print your confirmation email and bring it to the AONE self-registration kiosks in Wabash Corridor on the first floor of the Convention Center. Registration opens on Wednesday, April 11 from 3:00 – 6:00 PM and will re-open Thursday morning at 6:30 AM. Pick up your materials early so you can make the most of your time.
Arrive early to sessions
Seating for sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once room capacity is met, sessions will be closed. Audio recordings of the breakout sessions will be available to attendees shortly after the close of the meeting. Make sure to stop by the Playback Now booth located near registration to order your free 3-month subscription of the audio recordings.
Ask AONE Information Desk
AONE staff are onsite at the Ask AONE information desk, located near registration to answer questions, provide guidance and ensure you have an excellent meeting experience. AONE staff also will be located at Booth #927 in the Exhibit Hall.
