Travel Questions

  • Where will AONE 2018 be located? ▽
      Essentially all educational sessions will take place at the Indiana Convention Center at 100 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225
      Schedule Alert! When booking travel, please note the schedule for AONE 2018 (April 12-15). Exhibitor move in begins at 8:00 am on Tuesday, April 10 and continues through Thursday, April 12. Pre-conference workshops will take place on Thursday, April 12; the opening keynote will begin at 8:00 AM on Friday, April 13; the exhibit hall closes at 1:30 PM on Saturday afternoon; and the closing keynote will conclude by 11:30 AM on Sunday, April 15.   • What hotels are in the AONE 2018 block for attendees and exhibitors? ▽

      Visit Indy is the official housing provider for AONE 2018 and manages all hotel accommodations for attendees, exhibitors and sub-block reservations. AONE has several hotel blocks at downtown properties including the JW Marriott, Marriott Downtown, Westin and Hyatt.

      Individuals must be registered for the conference to obtain access to AONE’s group housing site. Meeting registration does not guarantee room availability.

  • Which airport is closest to the meeting site? ▽
      Indianapolis International Airport is a 12 mile drive to the Indiana Convention Center.

  • General Questions

  • How many credit hours will I earn for attending AONE 2018? ▽
      AONE 2018 attendees may earn a maximum of 20.55 contact hours (60-minute contact hour). The actual number of contact hours awarded to each participant is based on sessions attended. Learn more about contact hour details.
  • What is the recommended attire? ▽
      Attire at AONE 2018 is business casual. Sensible shoes are recommended. Casual dress for the President's Welcome Reception is acceptable.
  • Will I be able to access the program on my mobile device and/or tablet? ▽
      Yes, the AONE 2018 mobile app will be available in March and allows attendees to post updates on the activity feed, navigate the conference, find attendees and much more!
  • What ADA Accommodations does AONE offer? ▽
      AONE complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and strives to ensure that no individual with a disability is deprived of the opportunity to participate in this program solely by reason of that disability. Through its agents, AONE will provide reasonable accommodations for a candidate with a disability who requests accommodations. Requests can be made by sending a written request 21 days in advance of the annual meeting to aoneannualmeeting@aha.org.
  • Does AONE accommodate dietary restrictions? ▽
      AONE tries to offer a wide selection of meals throughout the conference to cater to different dietary requirements. If you have a special dietary need, please send a written request 21 days in advance of the annual meeting to aoneannualmeeting@aha.org.
  • Will AONE offer the CENP or CNML exam in Indianapolis? ▽
      AONE is not offering the certification exam onsite in Indianapolis. To find the nearest testing site to you, please click here. Review eligibility requirements and download the application in the AONE certification center.
      Note: Attendance at an AONE review course does not guarantee a passing score on the exam.

  • How do I register? ▽
  • What is included in my registration fee? ▽
      A full conference registration includes five keynote speakers, your choice of over 50 breakout sessions, exhibit hall access, CE certificate, session handouts and recordings, welcome reception, poster presentations and daily continental breakfast and luncheons. Non-members will receive one year of membership to AONE with a full conference registration.
  • Do you offer discounts for groups? ▽
      Yes! Discounts are available for organizations that simultaneously register 5 or more individuals from the same facility for the full conference. Member and non-member rates apply. Learn more about group discounts.
  • Can I pay by check? ▽
      Yes. There is an option to pay by check when you register online. Please follow the instructions provided inside the registration platform. All check payments must be received by March 29, 2018, otherwise, you must pay by credit card or bring your check onsite before you can be officially registered.

  • What if I need to cancel my registration? ▽
      A refund minus 20% will be granted to written requests received 14 days or more prior to the start date of the program. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to aone_registration@goeshow.com on or before March 29, 2018. Refunds will not be granted after March 29. No refunds will be granted at any time for membership renewals, donations, ticketed events or no-shows.
      Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. All fees except membership renewals and AONE Foundation donations are transferable to the substitute less a $50 transfer fee. If the substitute is not an AONE member, the nonmember differential must be paid in advance or onsite.
  • Can I change my session selections? ▽
      With the exception of preconference events, all concurrent sessions and networking events are available on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of preregistration. You do have the ability to log back into your account by referring to your confirmation email and logging in through the Attendee Service Center link. Once logged in, you can edit your selected concurrent sessions and networking events, add guests, and make some updates to your account information (title, organization, email). You may also add preconference workshops.
