AONE TCAB Background
In January 2007, AONE received a two-year grant from The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to identify, develop and disseminate a set of practical, easy-to-use tools that will help hospitals redesign delivery of care processes to improve patient care . The nearly $1 million grant, "Disseminating Transforming Care at the Bedside (TCAB)," will allow AONE to share insights from The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's TCAB project with 50 hospitals nationwide.
In July 2007, AONE was awarded a supplemental grant to support eighteen additional hospitals in the two-year project, bringing the total number of participating hospitals to 68 and the total grant award to over $1.5 million. For a complete list of participating hospitals, click here .
