Registration
Online registration will open in early December. There are discount registration rates if you register by March 9, 2010.
Hotel
Online housing registration will open in early December. Click here for more information about hotel rates. There are discount hotel rates if you register by March 9, 2010. Note: you must register first for the meeting before making hotel reservations.
Airfare
Airline Travel to Indianapolis is easy and inexpensive. See sample fares. These rates are subject to change.
Indianapolis is accessible through 11 major airlines. See major airlines that serve the Indianapolis International Airport.
Ground Transportation
One of the most convenient airports in the nation, Indianapolis International Airport is located less than 15 minutes via interstate highway from downtown Indianapolis. Indianapolis International is served by 11 airlines and offers approximately 39 daily non-stop flights with additional service to more than 100 locations.
Shuttle – Green Line
Providing non-stop service from Indianapolis International Airport to Downtown Indianapolis. IndyGo's Route 8 also serves the Indianapolis International Airport. Buses run every 20 minutes daily 5 a.m.-9 p.m. The Green Line times are approximate and may vary due to road and traffic conditions. Passengers may pay with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on the bus or purchase passes in advance by calling IndyGo, visiting them online or in person at the kiosk in Ground Transportation, Indianapolis International Airport. Bus Fare: $7 per trip. Including eight convenient stops near 16 downtown hotels.
Taxi
The estimated taxi cab fare from the airport to one of the downtown hotels is $27. A shared ride limo $17-$25
Car Rental
Special meeting rates negotiated with Hertz are available by calling1-800-654-2240 from within the U.S., or 405-749-4434 from outside the United States, and giving the reservationist the meeting number CV# 03AB0005.
