All designated primary abstract authors will be emailed in mid-September 2008 about the status of their abstract. In addition to the email notification, primary abstract authors will be able to log in the notification portal to find out the status of their abstract. The notification portal will be available on the AONE website  in mid-September.

Mid-September 2008 - Abstract notifications emailed to the designated primary abstract author
November 2008 – Online registration site opens.  Advance Program with program and registration information is sent to AONE members and prospective attendees
December 2, 2008 - Poster presentation exhibitor registrations due
February 2, 2009 – Oral slide presentations due
April 15-19, 2009 – AONE 42nd Annual Meeting and Exposition
