REGISTRATION INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS
- REGISTER FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING, including the AONE Institute Golf Tournament and Networking Luncheon online or by using the registration form. You will receive confirmation via email (if you provide an email address) or via fax within 10 business days. Please note that you do not need to log in to register online.
- REGISTER FOR THE AONE/AHAPAC RECEPTION featuring Bettina Gregory by using the form on the AONE/AHAPAC Reception page.
- ALL REGISTRATIONS (MAIL, FAX AND ONLINE) must be submitted no later than April 9, 2004. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for payment.
- ON-SITE REGISTRATION will be available if registration is not submitted by the listed date.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees, less $150.00 cancellation fee, are refundable only if notice is received in writing no later than April 12, 2004. Please fax written notice of cancellation to 330/963.0319, attention AONE Conference Registration, or email your request to AONE@conferon.com. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER APRIL 12.
Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend the Annual Meeting may send an alternate. If the alternate is not an AONE member, payment of the non-member registration fee will be required.
Continuing Education Credit
The American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) is accredited as a provider of continuing education for nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation, and the California Board of Registered Nursing (provider number CEP 9815). AONE is also approved by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) for Category II (non-ACHE) continuing education credit. The actual number of contact hours awarded to each participant will be based on sessions attended. Attendees can earn 18.9 continuing education contact hours for satisfactory completion of the AONE Annual Meeting program. Additional credits are also available for AONE Poster Presentations at a rate of .2 hours each. Participants who wish ACHE Category II (non-ACHE) continuing education credit should list their attendance when they apply for advancement, re-certification, or re-appointment in ACHE.
Continuing education certificates will be issued on-site at the special CE kiosks located in the Annual Meeting registration area. Registrants should insert their special ExpoCard and then enter the sessions they attended. At the completion of the meeting, registrants may print out their certificates. NO CERTIFICATES WILL BE ISSUED FOLLOWING THE ANNUAL MEETING.
Special Notices
- If you need any auxiliary aids or services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act, check the box on the registration form and you will contacted by the Conferon Registration Staff.
- AONE reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or substitute faculty for particular Annual Meeting events, activities or educational sessions.
- Portions of the AONE Annual Meeting may be photographed or audio/video recorded for sale and distribution. By registering for the Annual Meeting, individuals agree that AONE may photograph or record by audio/video their attendance and involvement in program discussions. Only AONE may electronically record any portion of the Annual Meeting.
- Participants agree to refrain from marketing products and services during the Annual Meeting, except as part of a booth in the Exhibit Hall.
- AONE does not endorse any speaker’s products or services.

If you are an AONE member, you are invited to bring a Fellow Nurse Leader to Phoenix for just $325 when you register at the member rate! Fellow Nurse Leaders:
- Are not AONE members, and
- Have never attended an AONE meeting or have not attended in the past 3 years.
