AONE's website is now part of HospitalConnect, a new health leadership portal. Through this portal, we are linked to a variety of organizations serving the health care community, making it faster and easier to search for the information you need as a leader.

Explain registration vs. logging in.
These are two separate processes. If you are a current AONE member, you have already been registered with the website. Registration is done just once, this identifies you as an AONE member. Each time you visit the AONE website, you will log in by entering your username and password. Logging In allows you to access members' only materials.
Why do I need to log in to the AONE website?
Some content, such as the AONE online member directory, is protected for members only. Once you have logged in to the AONE website, you will enjoy seamless access to both public and members only materials on both the AONE and American Hospital Association websites. If you attempt to access members' only information without logging in, you will receive an "Unauthorized Access" notification.
How do I log in to the AONE website?
To log in to the AONE website, simply enter your username and password in the designated fields of the login area and click the Log In button. Please remember that both usernames and passwords are case sensitive. When you are logged in, a welcome message will replace the username and password fields.
What if I forget my username?
If you have forgotten your username, please send an email to AONE at aone@aha.org. Eric will be able to check the registration database and let you know your username. The system will only accept one registration per member number, so please don't attempt to register more than once.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, it will need to be reset. You can do this in a few steps, or contact AONE and we would be happy to assist you. To reset your password on your own, click on the "Forgot Password" link in the Login box on the AONE homepage. You will be asked for your username and the answer to your secret question. An email with a temporary password - a string of numbers and letters - will be sent to you. Once you have the temporary password, you may login again using this. It is important to note that passwords are case-sensitive. Click on the link "Edit Personal Profile (Password, Email, Contact Information) in the login area below the welcome message. Enter your new password, confirm it, and select "Save Changes." The next time you log in to the AONE site, you may use your new password.
