Meeting Space Requests


If your company wishes to conduct a meeting or event during the AONE Annual Meeting and Exposition dates, AONE must be notified in writing using this Meeting Space Request Form.


Only exhibitors and/or sponsors of the 45th Annual Meeting and Exposition are eligible to host affiliated events during the meeting. Visit the 2012 exhibit information page to discover the benefits of exhibiting at the AONE Annual Meeting.

AONE will notify you via e-mail if the request has been approved and provide you with the specific hotel contact information for reserving meeting space.  AONE requires that any functions, meetings, or other special events not conflict with scheduled AONE programming.  If you would like your event listed on the AONE website for general information, please be sure to send us information once your event has been finalized.
