For the second year, AONE is offering a mobile app for smart phones to guide attendees through the annual meeting. This app is a comprehensive guide for the meeting, connects you with other attendees and helps you access session information in real-time.

To download the AONE meeting app, follow the instructions below for your specific mobile device.

• iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices: Connect to the App Store on your device and search for "AONE 2012". You may also click here to access it directly.

• Android devices: Connect to the Android Marketplace on your device and search for "AONE 2012". You may also click here to access.

• All other devices, including Blackberry can connect to the AONE mobile website at http://aone2012.quickmobile.net 
(Note: A wireless internet connection is required to use this feature. Free wireless is available in the convention center. Thanks to the Hynes’ end-to-end wireless capability with 47 access points, you’ll stay connected everywhere. Just open your wireless network connection on any device, click on “Hynes Wireless Network,” and you’re ready to go!)

Login Information
The first time you use the app, you have to log in. This is a one-time requirement. Your username is the email address used when registering for the meeting. The password is aone2012.

This is a unique login for your account; please do not share login information. Please note: This is not the same password as your website login.

Features
This app has a host of features to enhance your experience at the annual meeting. Below is a full list of all of the functions.

• Schedule – All sessions listed by day and track. Click on the name of the session to go to a full description and list of speakers.

• What’s On – Lets you know what sessions are happening right now; linking to the session details.

• My Schedule –At the top of each session detail screen, click on + to add it to your customized annual meeting schedule.

• My Notes – At the top of each session description page, there is a paper icon. Tap on this icon to bring up a screen where you can take notes on each of the sessions. In the My Notes section, you can review all of your notes and email them.

• Handouts – When provided, each concurrent session’s handouts are available on the app. Handouts are categorized by track name and session number.

• Maps – Maps of both floors of the convention center are available for viewing. There is also an interactive exhibit hall map that lets you zoom in to find a specific booth. You can click on the booth in the map and be taken to the company’s information.

• Attendees – Search for fellow attendees by name or company. You can message them within the app or add to your contacts.

• Speakers – Lists over 100 speakers at the annual meeting and links to their session. This section is searchable by name and company.

• Exhibitors – Lists over 200 exhibiting companies and links to company details, booth number, location of their booth in the exhibit hall and their website. This section is searchable by company name and booth number.

• Sponsors – Help us thank our sponsors for their generous support. Each listing links to the company’s website.

• Photos – AONE will post photos throughout the meeting. You can also upload your own photos. AONE staff will review and approve photos throughout the meeting.

• City Guide – Learn all about Boston and the events happening while we are there.

• Messaging – Send and receive messages from attendees within the app. Here you can make plans to meet up and share contact information.

• Social Media – See what everyone is saying about the meeting by following our twitter account (#AONE2012), Facebook page, LinkedIn group and blog.

• Search – Search the entire app by session keywords, attendees or companies.

• General Info – Learn about CEs, Nurse LeaderShop Lounge hours and other general information through this icon.

• Settings – Manage your account, logout or change your message settings here.
