Registration Policies

Register Online
Register online by February 24, 2012 to receive the "Early Bird" discounted rates.  Online registration is quick and easy.  In addition, registering online allows us to email your confirmation and keep you up-to-date about the Annual Meeting.  Occasional emails will be sent to registered participants with program updates and any last-minute changes.  Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for payment.  You must still register online even if you plan to pay by check. There is no paper registration process. 

On-Site Registration
You may register on-site at the Boston Convention Center beginning at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 20, 2012.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees, less a $150 cancellation fee, are refundable only if notice is received in writing no later than Friday, March 11, 2012.  AONE will consider special circumstances past this date if submitted in writing. Please fax written notice of cancellation to (301) 662-9411, attention AONE Annual Meeting Registration, or email your request to AONE@experient-inc.com . 

Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend the annual meeting may send an alternate.  If the alternate is not an AONE member, payment of the non-member registration fee will be required.

Special Notices
If you need any auxiliary aids or services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act, please check the box on the registration site and you will be contacted by the Experient registration staff to identify your specific needs.

AONE reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or substitute faculty for annual meeting events, activities or educational sessions.

Portions of the AONE Annual Meeting and Exposition may be photographed or recorded via audio/video for purposes of sale and distribution.  By registering for the annual meeting, individuals agree that AONE may photograph or record by audio/video their attendance and involvement in program discussions. Images of attendees, sessions or select speakers may be used by AONE for marketing and communications purposes. Only AONE may electronically record any portion of the annual meeting.

Participants agree to refrain from distributing marketing products/services during the annual meeting, except as part of a booth in the exhibit hall.

AONE does not endorse any speaker's products or services.  The views expressed during the 45th Annual Meeting and Exposition are those of the individual speakers and presenters, and do no necessarily reflect the views of the American Organization of Nurse Executives or the American Hospital Association.
