All exhibits must be opened and staffed during the show hours. Exhibitors will be required to exit the exhibit hall as soon as the show closes each day.

Registration and Housing
Registering for your badges couldn’t be easier! Visit the online registration site located here.
Note: You will need a password to register online. If you do not have your password, please contact Shannon Baily, Exhibits Coordinator, at sbaily@aha.org. As a reminder, exhibitors receive (1) Full conference and (4) Exhibit Hall badges per 100 square feet of booth space. Registrations must be received by Friday, March 15, 2013.
Housing Procedure
Registration for badges must be completed online prior to booking hotel accommodations. All hotel reservations must be made through the AONE Housing Bureau. Details will be provided in the registration acknowledgement letter.
Room Guarantees: To take advantage of the convention rates, housing reservations must be completed online by 11:59 pm MST on February 19, 2013. Please register and make room reservations as early as possible as the group room block may sell out before the actual cut-off date. AONE cannot guarantee rates and availability after February 19, 2013 when AONE room blocks may be released and the hotel may charge a significantly higher rate.

Sub-block Requests:
A block request form must be completed and sent for companies wishing to book 10 or more rooms at the convention hotels. Sub block rooming lists must be submitted by February 5, 2013. Please refer to the reservation block request form for complete details and policies. Sub block questions should be directed to Kourtney Sproat at ksproat@aha.org or 312-422-2818.
