Annual Meeting & Exposition: Group Registration Discounts

         

Group registration discounts are available to organizations registering three or more attendees for the 2013 AONE Annual Meeting & Exposition.

To register individuals at the group rate please follow the step-by-step instructions below:

  1. Use the online registration system to register all of the individuals that will be part of the group.
  2. When you get to the payment page, choose the "pay by check" option from the drop down selections. Note: You must choose this option even if you wish to pay by credit card.
  3. Once your registration is submitted contact a registration specialist at aone@experient-inc.com (email subject line: AONE Group Registration Rate Adjustment). At that time a customer service representative will be able to go in and adjust the rate and collect your credit card information.
  4. Then, you will receive the registration confirmation which includes the housing link.


Register now. The deadline to request a group registration is February 1, 2013.

Group registration discount must be requested for all registrants at one time; discounts will not be applied to any existing registrations.
