Annual Meeting & Exposition: Housing

 A block of rooms has been reserved at special group discount rates for registered annual meeting attendees and exhibitors at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center and the Sheraton Denver. Details for each hotel is listed below.

Hotel Reservation Procedure and Cut Off Date
In order to receive the discounted rate attendee and exhibitor hotel reservations must be made through the AONE Housing Bureau after registering for the annual meeting. A direct link to the housing site will be included with your meeting registration confirmation.

Housing reservations must be completed online by 11:59 pm MST on February 19, 2013. Requested room types are based upon availability at check in and not a guarantee. All reservations require a credit card to be used as a guarantee with a valid expiration date through the end of March 2013.

Please be sure to register and make room reservations as early as possible as the group room block may sell out before the actual cut-off date. AONE cannot guarantee rates and availability after February 19, 2013 when AONE room blocks may be released and the hotel may charge a significantly higher rate.


Exhibitor Sub-block Requests

Exhibitors or hospitals wishing to secure 10 or more room reservations must use the hotel block request form. Rooming lists must be submitted by February 5, 2013. Final reservation cut off is February 19, 2013.

Hotel Confirmation Acknowledgement
All acknowledgements are automatically sent to the primary guest’s email address after each new reservation booking, modification or cancellation, within a few minutes of submission online. Review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgement via email 24 hours after any transaction, please first check your spam or junk folders.

Room Cancellations/Changes

Any room reservation canceled after February 19, 2013 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee regardless of when the reservation was booked. Reservation changes must be made with the AONE Housing Bureau by email or phone: housing@visitdenver.com or  (303) 892-1112 ext. 601.

The official housing/travel provider for the AONE Annual Meeting is Visit Denver Housing.  By using the official travel provider you can ensure that you are being booked in the housing block reserved by AHA/AONE and take advantage of the group discounted rates.  Please make your reservations and direct any inquires related to hotel reservations for the AONE event to Shannon Baily at sbaily@aha.org or (312) 673-5884 to report the occurrence.
