Meeting Space Requests

   
If your company wishes to conduct a meeting or event during the AONE Annual Meeting and Exposition dates, AONE must be notified in writing using the Meeting Space Request form.

Only exhibitors and/or sponsors of the 46th Annual Meeting and Exposition are eligible to host affiliated events during the meeting.

AONE requires that any functions, meetings or other special events not conflict with scheduled AONE programming.
