Registration Changes, Substitutions and Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to aone@experient-inc.comon or before March 6, 2013.

All registration cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to aone@experient-inc.com. A $150.00 administrative fee will be applied for all conference registration cancellations made before March 6, 2013. NO REFUNDS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER March 6, 2013 2012.  NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR TICKETED EVENTS.

Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member of AONE and the original registrant is a member, the nonmember differential must be paid.

The Fine Print

AONE cannot be held liable for nonrefundable airline tickets or hotel room deposits.

AONE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program because of an insufficient number of registrations or to close registration when programs are full. AONE may cancel a program when circumstances beyond AONE’s control—including, but not limited to, acts of nature, governmental authority or war in the United States—make it impractical or impossible to host the program or may put participants in harm’s way. In such cases, AONE will refund the registration fee paid by the registrant.

Consent to use photographic images and recordings
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AONE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AONE’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Rules of Conduct
By their registration, attendees agree to refrain from marketing products or services during the course of the program.

That AONE may electronically record and distribute this program; no other individual entity may record any portion of this program without consent.

Due to liability issues, children under the age of 21 are not allowed in the exhibit hall.

AONE may electronically record portions of this program. By attendance or participation in discussions, the registrant agrees that AONE may electronically copy and distribute registrant’s attendance at and involvement in program discussions and question/answer periods. No individuals or entity other than AONE may electronically record or copy any portion of this program for any purpose without prior written consent from AONE (including recordings from smart phones, iPads and other handheld devices).

Photographs will be taken throughout the AONE Annual Meeting that will be reproduced in AONE news or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the AONE website.
