AONE 2014: Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registration cancellations will be refunded 100% less a $150 processing fee. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to AONE@experient-inc.com on or before 5:00 pm CDT on February 28, 2014. After February 28 no refunds will be granted. No refunds will be granted ticketed events or no-shows.

Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member of AONE and original registrant is a member, the nonmember differential must be paid.
