Program Overview:
ENLI is limited to 50 participants. This educational activity is a three-day interactive program that combines lecture, discussion, experiential learning and self assessment. Continuing education credit is available.

Using self assessment tools, simulation, case study and introduction of leadership concepts attendees are able to explore their leadership potential, understand the basics of budgeting, conflict management, circle concepts, quality and patient safety, and their role in the future of nursing.
Who Should Apply?
Staff nurses, charge nurses, nurse coordinators and assistant nurse managers who aspire to nursing leadership roles, and novice nurse managers (those with less than six months of experience).
Please note: this program is not intended for nurse managers with more than six months of experience
