Senior leaders recognize that creating successful innovation requires leadership with the right kind of skills. The Executive Fellowship in Innovation Health Leadership (EFIHL) offered by AONE, Arizona State University and in partnership with the American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL), is developed specifically to prepare executive leaders for the challenges that face industry innovation.
This year-long cohort-based program develops both the mindset and skills necessary for executive nurse leaders to accelerate innovation within their health care systems.
Who should participate?
Fellows are executive health care leaders from around the world who wish to develop critical thinking skills about new approaches to optimize quality, cost, access and the environment of health care. Fellows benefit from sharing intra-disciplinary perspectives and challenging the status quo. Fellows are bold, outcome-driven leaders striving to advance innovative environments and micro-climates for themselves and their employees.
EFIHL strengthens the ability to lead innovation, accelerate results for organizational innovations and build organizational capacity to innovate. Fellows participate in a year-long, cohort-based program that features multi-day immersions at industry-leading institutions across the country. Immersions provide in-depth exposure to organizations at the forefront of innovation leadership in health care.
