Emerging Nurse Leader Institute (ENLI)
The Emerging Nurse Leader Institute is designed for staff nurses, charge nurses and nurse coordinators who aspire to nurse leadership roles. ENLI is a three-day interactive program that combines lecture, discussion, experiential learning and self-assessment.
Essentials of a Nurse Manager Orientation (ENMO)
To meet the busy schedule of a nurse leader, Essentials of Nurse Manager Orientation (ENMO) is an online, comprehensive course for frontline managers, charge nurses, aspiring managers and leadership staff. ENMO was developed in partnership with the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) and is the first leadership course created specifically for nurse managers.
Grounded in peer-to-peer consultation, this program maximizes opportunities for managers to advise each other and convey wisdom and best practices in dealing with shared leadership issues. Each laboratory will be organized around one of six key leadership practices, motivation, communication, strategic time management, team building, emotional mastery and change agility.
Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) Essentials Review Course
Gain assistance in preparing for the CNML exam through a review of the four practice areas and practical application of the skills tested through group discussion. Topics include financial management; human resource management; performance improvement; and strategic management and technology.
Nurse Manager Fellowship
The AONE Foundation's Nurse Manager Fellowship is the first of its kind program to step up the level of existing education and development for nurse managers. The Fellowship is a year-long professional development program designed to provide an in-depth environment of learning. The fellowship incorporates the Nurse Manager Learning Domain Framework, developed by AONE.
Nurse Manager Institute
Nurse Managers will benefit from this three day program designed to engage learners in activities and discussion to take leadership skills to the next level. NMI is a three-day interactive program that combines lecture, discussion, experiential learning and self-assessment.
Nurse Director Fellowship
THe AONE Foundation's Nurse Director Fellowship is designed for those leaders between manager and executive level leadership. The Fellowship is a year-long professional development program designed to provide an in-depth environment of learning.
Care Innovation and Transformation (CIT)
The Care Innovation and Transformation initiative improves patient care, hospital performance, and employee satisfaction through the engagement of frontline staff, collaboration, innovation and leadership development. Care Innovation and Transformation participants meet face-to-face four times over a period of two years.
Certificate in Healthcare Finance
AONE and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) are co-sponsors of this certificate program to give Senior Nurse Executives the advanced knowledge they need to actively participate in executive level finance decisions. From understanding revenue cycle operations, to building and monitoring budgets to forecasting to financial report to appreciating the world of the Chief Financial Officer, this workshop provides Senior Nurse Executives the concepts, tools and techniques to understand how the integration of clinical, operational and financial data impacts day-to-day operations and the bottom line.
Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) Essentials Review Course
This course assists in preparing for the CENP exam through a review of the AONE Nurse Executive Competencies™ and practical application of the competencies. This is intended to be an opportunity to integrate concepts with experience, honing your critical thinking abilities in preparation for the exam.
The American Organization of Nurse Executives is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
