Mid-Level Nurse Leaders' Role-Related Peak and Nadir Experiences
Are you a Nursing Director, Manager or Assistant Manager with a minimum 12-month tenure in your current role? If so, we would like to invite you to participate in a research study that will define and compare peak (positive) and nadir (negative) experiences, and the short- and long-term consequences of these role related experiences. The study will also explore the mid-level nurse leader's experiences regarding their ability or lack thereof, to function at an effective level in their current role, and will examine how these factors of effective and non-effective role function impact role-related meaning for the nurse leader. The estimated time to complete the one-on-one will range from 30 to 120 minutes. If you are interested, please click here. Thank you for your consideration.
