Why do I need to log in to MyAONE?
When you log in to MyAONE, you have logged in to the AONE website, you will have seamless access to members only materials on both the AONE and American Hospital Association websites. You can also view and change your profile, renew your membership and make an online purchase.
How do I reset my password?
If you are already logged in to MyAONE, go to the My Account area and click on “Change Password.” If you do not remember your password, click here and select the “Forgot Password” link. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on file. If you still experience difficulty or no longer have access to the email address, please contact AONE at aone@aha.org or call 312.422.2800.

Please note: If you are having trouble logging in, try using your full email address as your user name, and don’t forget to try alternate email addresses if you have several. If you have selected to receive AONE emails, the email address where you get those messages is the one associated with your account.
I am logged in, but cannot access members-only area. What do I do?
Only AONE members have access to the members-only area of the website. If you are not a member, learn more about membership and join today! If you are unsure of your membership status, please contact AONE at aone@aha.org or call 312.422.2800.
Contact information
How do I update contact information?
To update your contact information, log in to MyAONE and click on My Account – My Profile. From here you can click on edit, add, or delete icon(s) for mailing addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses. You can also change where you would like your membership information sent. Please note, at least one address must be marked as primary.
How do I update my title and organization?
Updating your title and organization is very similar to changing your contact information. Log in to MyAONE and click on My Account – My Profile. Click on the edit pencil next to your title or organization. Enter your new information and the request will be sent to AONE. AONE staff will update the information.
My credentials are incorrect. How do I update these?
Unfortunately, you cannot update your credentials online. But just email aone@aha.org and we will take care of it for you! Please note, only the first three credentials will display.

How do I join AONE?
To join AONE, review the membership categories, and proceed to the Online Store. Here you can add your membership to your cart and purchase online. To pay by check, download the application and submit payment to:

How do I renew my AONE membership?
There are a few ways to renew your membership. Choose the renewal method that's most convenient for you. Please note, you must log into MyAONE to renew or print your invoice. Click here for additional information on renewing your membership through MyAONE. You can also email aone@aha.org to request a membership invoice.

Where can I find my membership ID number?
When you are logged into MyAONE, your ID number is displayed in the top right corner under your name. Your membership ID number is also listed in the upper right corner of AONE eNews Update and AONE Working For You emails.
What is my membership expiration date?
When you are logged into MyAONE, your expiration date is displayed in the top right corner under your name. It is also listed the upper right corner of AONE eNews Update and AONE Working For You emails.
My membership has expired, how do I rejoin the association?
To rejoin AONE, just follow the steps above for renewing and your membership will begin again. Click here for additional information on renewing your membership through MyAONE. You can also email aone@aha.org to request a membership invoice.
Can I print off an invoice and pay my dues with a check?
Yes! Log in to MyAONE and click on Order History. From here you can print your membership invoice. Please be sure to include a copy of this invoice with your check payment.
Can I have a membership card mailed to me?
Sure, but you can also access it immediately through MyAONE. To access your card immediately, log in to MyAONE and go to My Activity. Here you can see your membership history and print your membership card. If you would like one mailed to you, email aone@aha.org and we will send one to you.
I am not receiving member emails. How do I get added to the list?
Emails provide important AONE information and benefits. Some email service providers may identify AONE emails as spam. Please check your spam filter and be sure to “whitelist” AONE as a safe sender. More information about receiving emails can be found here.
Membership Directory
How can I remove my contact information from the membership directory?
While being listed in the membership directory is a great way to network with other AONE members, you can remove your name by logging in to MyAONE. Click on “My Account” and then “Edit Individual Information.” There you can uncheck the “show in member directory” box and you will no longer display in membership directory searches.
Is there an “advance search” option for the membership directory?
Yes, the percent sign (%) and the underscore (_) can be used as wildcard characters. The percent sign is for any number of characters as wildcard. The underscore is for a single character wildcard.
How do I offer feedback for the website and MyAONE?
We are very interested in your thoughts and suggestions for how we can make the website and MyAONE both easier and more useful for you. Internet Browser Issues
For optimal viewing on both MyAONE and the AONE website (www.aone.org), we recommend that you use Internet Explorer (version 7 and above). There are many reasons that Internet Explorer could be encountering webpage display problems. For example, a problem with the connectivity to your Internet Service Provider (ISP), a firewall blocking your connection or your networking device not functioning properly.
