AONE Prism Diversity Awards
Recognizes an individual who has advanced diversity efforts within the nursing profession and the community. The individual is a leader in supporting the AONE Guiding Principles for Diversity in Health Care Organizations and demonstrates the mastery of the AONE Nurse Executive Competencies – Communication and Relationship Building and Diversity. The nominee does not need to be an AONE member or a nurse.
