The American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) has opened registration for the Nurse Executives Delegation to India, scheduled for September 12-20, 2010. In conjunction with People to People Citizen Ambassador Programs, this delegation—specializing in nursing administration—has been developed to foster one-on-one dialogue with international counterparts and to continue the tradition of professional diplomacy created by President Eisenhower in 1956. In recent years, AONE has partnered with People to People to bring nurse delegates to several countries including Russia, China and South Africa.
