Care Innovation & Transformation - Apply
AONE’s Center for Care Innovation and Transformation (CCIT) has released the application for the next two-year cohort of the Care Innovation and Transformation (CIT) initiative beginning in 2014 and continuing through 2015. The application process will be open until November 1, 2013. Both AONE members and non-members are encouraged to apply. Units invited to participate in the next CIT initiative cohort will be notified on November 20, 2013.
How to Apply
To apply for the 2014-2015 CIT initiative, please download the CIT application and the letter of commitment then submit both below, electronically. Applications and letters of commitment must be uploaded through the website by 5:00pm CST on November 1, 2013. If you are unable to view the upload dialog box below due to a firewall or other technical issue, please email your materials to Amanda Stefancyk at astefancyk@aha.org
